Sushi Oyama

Sushi Oyama is always a great place to go for Japanese, as the food is good and the prices are decent. The restaurant is located on Kingsway in Burnaby, it feels like you are going to someone's house. I have heard the building was previously a funeral home, which  makes Sushi Oyama an even more intriguing place to eat. I have been here several times and it's always been very busy, so make sure to make a reservation beforehand!

Salmon sashimi. The fish was very fresh.
Spicy tuna roll.
Green Dragon Roll - avocado on top of an unagi roll with masago and wasabi tobiko and bonito.
Awesome Roll - crab, cucumber, salmon, masago, green onion, covered in bonito.
Smoked Salmon Roll - crab, avocado, cucumber, masago, lettuce and smoked salmon.
